Radical or not as her views of Constitutional Law interpretation may be. I am reminded that Freedom of Association has never been held to apply to commerce. It was wrong when the Mormons hundreds of years ago refused to do buisiness with anyone of a different faith.

Do we really want to live in a world where some church elder must decide our worthiness before we are allowed to buy food, etc?

Did you read the whole article, or just the excerpt?

The article goes on to state, “These folks are social and cultural revolutionaries. The Human Rights Campaign uses the Courts and the legislature to force this kind of new America on all of us. They want to have the Police Power of the State as the enforcer of their cultural revolution and Ms. Feldblum may soon make it possible.”

I agree with the author’s statement above. Liberals are NOT liberating, they want to control and impose their views on the rest of us and they will stop at nothing to CHANGE America.

You should really look into their “community organizing” techniques and realize the people Obama appoints are radical activists working at every level to CHANGE America.

It is not about Freedom of Association. I could care less what they do in their own homes but I do care that they are trying to fundamentally change our country, our constitution and our belief system.
