glad to see its going so well for the french. they really have hitler on the run on the western front. be over soon with major french victory.

haha. guess the french didnt notice that around 1.5 million german infantry are otherwise engaged at the moment in poland.

Interssting to note that the fighting in Warsaw was continuing - and that Russia and Germany “were dividing Poland in two” - ....

Not that the Poles have to worry about Russia’s new aggressive foreign policies or anything, do they?

That “bombing” by the French? Gee. 30 bombs dropped. Aimed at a factory. At night. Near a lake. Wow. Quite a load there. No wonder the Germans claimed that no damage was done. (Later in the war, we would try to hit a city with 1000 bombers in one night. And still miss.)

Now I've heard everything:

One has to wonder, where in the overall scheme of things does an "inspired press" fit? Might this refer to a Church inspired press -- in other words, reporters for Vatican & other church publications?

I'm just saying, we don't hear so much about an "inspired press" these days.
