I saw two amazing women speak this week about mistakes that men dont make.
They presented eight ways that women sabotage their own credibility and results in their business and personal lives.
Heres the short list:
1. Seeking Validation
2. Hoping for the Best
3. Avoiding Confrontation
4. Resisting Duality (this ones very interesting
.)
5. Blending In
6. Diminishing
7. Making It Personal
8. Taking It Personal

Her I was thinking it was another case of women explaining to men how men are.
And of course I am assuming these are supposed to be generalities, not absolutes, yes?

7 & 8 as well, at least compared to women. Women can be downright nasty at getting personal. Also, women will remind you 20 years later about something. That’s not taking it personal?
I guy can chew out another guy, curse him, knock him down and stand on him. The next day, their drinking beers together. Swear at a woman, and you will hear about what you did 20 years later.
No, men don’t make or take things personally anywhere close to the manner in which women do.

Have pondered asking God
why He didn’t install an OFF button . . . particularly on
SOME women.
But then I’ve met a few men like that, too.

Women need a million reasons for why they act the way they do, and think the way they think.
Men need beer, and the remote.
