(Just some more possible wrinkles in the mystery --content below is pasted in--not sure what 'kenyan BC' the author refers to--I thought it was debunked--it is apparently true pg 11 is missing from the decree however):

It follows spot-on with the divorce decree time-line ... February, 1964. Stanley A. Dunham filed for Divorce Monday, Jan. 20th, 1964. Her Divorce was granted exactly 3 months later, after no cooperation from Obama Sr., causing the "default" items in the Decree to be enforced by the Judge.
I personally believe the Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate is the real-deal according to my research here.

Since this certificate is a copy of the original, it appears as if Obama Sr. did not sign the original certificate (no signature present), yet, he listed as the Father. It would either mean he was not present at Obama's birth, or is not the Father, something Stanley Ann would be trying to promote otherwise.
Many of you may not believe this, but extensive research indicates (various sources) that Stanley A. Dunham was recruited by the CIA early in her career. She went from Anthropologist to working at a known "CIA Spook" company called the Ford Foundation. From there, she created the "Micro-finance" scheme for lending poor people loans (sound familiar, like Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae?). It started with her Father, Stanley Dunham, who worked for David Rockefeller at David's "Standard Oil Company". David Rockefeller started the Council on Foreign Relations and his first choice to lead the Council was none-other-than Marxist enthusiast Zbigniew Brzezinski.

Could be an urban legend, then again, maybe not.
Politicians are sloppy so maybe their are worse cases out their in the other 57 states. Obama was successful in his attention to detail on Alice Palmer, I hope we can do the same.

ET, As far as I now, Hawaii has NEVER confirmed that the COLB on-line was issued by them. Personally, I don’t think it was, but WND and others (including myslef) have asked this question of the Health Dept and they will NOT confirm that the Fight The Smears COLB was ever issued to Obama.
This is SO-O-O-O-O-O-O ridiculous ! The little lying Hawaiian officials (like Fukino -who are probably BO supporters) are “flattered” to be in personal contact with the President. They can lie through their teeth and they can conceal ALL of their docs as long as they have Washington behind them ! I “HATE” this !

The BC may well be part of the court record in the divorce case, very possibly submitted as an exhibit attached to one of Stanley Ann's papers - but not likely a single page of the decree. That's just the way legal documents are generally produced and maintained.
Has anyone checked Maya’s college records to see if she attended school as an American w/Hawaii birth certificate or as a foreign student? I don’t remember reading anything along those lines, but maybe I missed it. Wonder if her records have been sealed as well.
Not that I am aware of, in fact, it is no secret that she was born in Indonesia, and became a naturalized US citizen.
Obama’s half-sister, Maya Soetoro, who was born August 15, 1970 in Jakarta, Indonesia, has a birth certificate on file in Hawaii. I verified this at the following online birth certificate search site: http://www.birth-records.com It seems quite likely that the grandmother may have filed a Hawaiian COLB registration for Maya, just as she did for Barack. Why else would Maya’s certification of birth be on file in Hawaii, when it is an undisputed fact that she was born in Indonesia, as stated in this Wikipedia article -( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maya_Soetoro )? It is also interesting to note that the same online search used to find a record for Maya did not show any result for Barry Soetoro, or Barry or Barack Obama. After all, you cannot view the record - the search only states whether or not a record is on file.
