Video: Inexpensive Cancer Cure Discovered in Canada, But Big Pharmaceutical Companies Oppose
Imagine that irony: Pharmaceutical companies love profits and love spending hundreds of millions on lobbying -- but hate curing diseases cheaply. Imagine that . . .
I read an interesting article recently (http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/08/090819110014.htm) about how to detect bias in clinical trials. The pharm companies really do a "snow" job on the public and the physicians they market to. I quote, "For example, trials with negative results showing that a treatment doesn't work may be less likely to be published than those showing that it does. And this can create a distorted view of the treatment's effectiveness when policy-makers have to decide on whether it is worthwhile."
Its dangerous.
[[You really think they are trying to cure cancer?]]
I don’t htink there is a cure- But you can’t deny that a great many people have gone into compelte remission thanks to drugs- As for me, I’m pretty tired of life really- and am not sure I’d opt for prolonging life even if I thought I might go into remission- so I’ve really got no dog in this fight- but there has been tremendous inroads made into fighting Cancer- and yes, you’re right- those companies who invested billions want ot recoup and gain profits, however, it is a worthy cause worth spending money on- Cancers today, that would have been an automatic early deathsentance years ago, are being successfully controlled with modern medicines, (and yes, most likely with complimentary natural care as well- but the stats are still quite preliminary as to hte effectiveness of natural care- but it sure wouldn’t hurt to try both at hte saem time if someoen wants the best possible chance)
Thanks!
My daughter is in labor with a grandson,,just think!! I thought I wouldn’t make it six months and here I am, with a new baby coming along.
God is good to me.
The same crooked pharmaceutical lobby is in favour of Obamacare, since they will be given a free hand to fleece the public even more than the present.
