I reproduced this with my own dog. He hates being sprayed with bug sprays. All you have to do is stand above the person giving the dog treats and show the can and he will cower.

My cousin used to have a bird dog that would start growling and the hair stood up on her neck whenever there was a black person anywhere near. We thought it was funny.

There is something going on behind the scenes that you can’t see - maybe a person standing behind the lady giving the treats with a rolled up newspaper or something.
Funny the first time, but the video goes on way too long - the point was made the first time the dog turned his head away.
I am not a fan of humor using animals by scaring them that they are going to be hit.
I think it’s a training thing. You can see the dog react to the word “okay” and know that it was going to be okay to get the treat. This is just repitition. But it’s pretty funny to me :)
