BOR isn’t bothered by communists.

Maybe not. Sally Quinn of WAPO was on O’Reily and fired a shot across Obamas bow////?

BOR isn’t the ‘conservative’ that people think he is.

I’ve been thinking the very same thought. BOR knows Beck will overtake him in the ratings and is trying to out maneuver Beck by appearing to be his friend but istreally trying to co-opt him.

Why do you say that? {I don’t watch O`Riley.}

BOR is trying to cash in on the work of Beck. Beck shouldn’t allow it.

I couldn't watch, though I saw the pre-show teasers. I kept thinking how odd, in an network inbred sort of way, BOR would have GB on his program. BOR must need the ratings.

BOR was against the swift boaters is all it took for me.The guy is worried that he may be on the way out when Beck overtakes him.I put nothing past BOR.Not one thing.

I don’t think you’re right regarding tonight’s show. O’Reilly
seemed much more receptive tonight (probably all the hate mail that he has received regarding his treatment of Beck - heh).

Beck made some great statements tonight and even O’Reilly had to agree... He apparently was responsible for contacting Jendal and starting an investigation of Acorn in Louisiana - or so Beck says (giving him some credit here...ha).

Glenn should have dedicated his book to O’Reilly, Bill is an idiot.

Not that Fox is bad, but...

Ditch Geraldo, Shep, and BOR. Then I need not change the the channel.

Even Greta is towing the line.

From http://www.mediabistro.com/tvnewser/ratings/glenn_becks_saturday_ratings_131143.asp

The 1pmET hour of Glenn Beck’s 9/12 special drew 2.34M Total Viewers and 608K in A25-54 demo — up a whopping 144% in Total Viewers and up 161% in demo viewers from the previous Saturday. The 2pmET hour built on the 1pm hour averaging 2.57M Total Viewers (up 189%) and 708K A25-54 viewers (up 226%).

Beck’s two hours more than doubled the combined averages, in the demo and Total Viewers, of CNN (201K in demo, 678K Total) and MSNBC (125K in demo, 343K Total) from 1-3pmET Saturday.

CNN aired Pres. Obama’s speech from Minneapolis from 2:00 to 2:40pmET. MSNBC aired the speech as well, then rounded out the 2pmET hour with Ed Schultz hosting, and guests debating healthcare reform. FNC stayed with Beck for the two hours with live coverage from the Tea Party Express rallies in Washington, DC and Ft. Worth, TX.

> Update: An early look at last night’s numbers: Beck at 5pmET drew 3.09M Total Viewers, second to O’Reilly’s 3.78M, and ahead of Hannity’s 2.92M Total Viewers. Scoreboard coming up...

Good evening, ladies, germs and fellow freepers.......my first talking point is the fact that I'm surprised no one has commented on Bill O'Bama's opening monologue tonight. The leprechaun is definitely feeling the heat from conservatives. He blabbered on and on how "fair" he is about Obama and how "unfair" his critics are for criticising him about his continual defense and support of the President and his agenda....to the point of guilt-ridden overkill.

My second talking point is the fact that O'Reilly is using the low-ball 75,000 Tea Party attendance figure virtually every chance he gets since last week's event. There's NO doubt about it....BOR knows EXACTLY what he's doing in disseminating this fake figure.....he's sticking it right in our red-necked, hog-calling faces. He knows this figure irritates the hell out of us and that's why he's doing it at every opportunity.

My third talking point is that I thought Glenn slapped the snot out of O'Reilly tonight. Bill was snidely baiting Glenn....it didn't work.....Glenn counter-attacked and won each point. At the end, Bill's final words were, "I agree with what you say." Spoken like the true piece of over-cooked linguini he is.

These are my talking points for tonight, folks. I'd like to thank you all for keeping my book, "A Bold Fresh Piece of Vanity" on the best seller list for the 4,968th consecutive week. I'm sure you'll all be delighted to hear I'm almost done writing my next book, "A Bold Fresh Piece of Hannity". PayPal accepted now.

Don't forget to tune in next week....and remember, the word for tonight is "puke".

Leni
