“Should stiletto heels be banned in the workplace?”
Depends on the workplace.....factory? sure. Strip club? no.

Depends what she looks like...if she looks like Pelosi, Yes. if she looks like Carrie Prejean, No.
If it’s a guy....fire him!

I think all "heels" should be banned from the workplace...in fact, don't even hire them in the first place.
Typical "heel":

First they banned short shorts, displays of clevage and now they want to ban stiletto heels?
How are we supposed to compete in the world marketplace if they keep removing all of our morale boosters?

Why is everything in England so compulsory-conformity driven? Do the Brits still possess cognitive and volitional skills or is it beaten out of them? These articles cause me to lose respect for England. Either the newspapers are getting it all wrong or England is ready for a Muslim takeover.

I think they should be banned by the TSA screeners. These are dangerous weapons. If one could maim or kill the pilot with a pair of fingernail clippers just think what these things could do!

So, the nanny state is at it again.
Personally, I rarely wear heels because I'm a klutz (and because it would just look stupid in my current line of work, anyway), but this is something that should be up to the individual. And dress codes for companies should be up to each individual company.
Period.
The damn government needs to stay out of it and get off of our $%#& backs.

Morning!
I'm not trying to rain on your testosterone parade, but I've seen the results of women wearing these kinds of shoes all their lives, and it's not pretty.

I think they’ll be banned—for insurance reasons. Since high heels cause a long list of medical issues, it will be the medical insurance companies that will force workplaces to ban them.

Depends on the job. Is it a safety issue? Otherwise it’s no ones business if the woman like the shoes or not. Personally if you can pull it off wear’m.
