They swallow you AFTER they constrict you. Kind of like being in a car crusher aftergetting whacked by the Paisanos. Except you’re not dead when you go into the crusher.
The upside is you do escape. As python poop.

If they swallow you whole it might not be that bad - at least not as bad as if they chewed you up. Youd at least have a chance of escaping. Hmm. not entirely true. You would be mashed and kneaded like bread dough, THEN devoured.
Not much of a chance IMHO...

Looks like a candidate for the $50,000 Roosevelt Prize ie: any snake caught alive over 30 ft.

The capture of five African rock pythons near an Everglades already teeming with the gentler Burmese pythons has experts worried about "hybrid vigor" -- a phenomenon that occurs when interbreeding uncorks volatile recessive genes, passing traits such as aggression onto the offspring

You gonna use it from the inside out?
To: Rodebrecht
Note to self: If you have to enter the Everglades, pack a couple of shotguns loaded with #4 buckshot for close encounters.”

Capture them and deliver C.O.D. to 1600 PA Ave.

Actually, I think that might be able to stop a hybrid right through the radiator...
