It’s inevitable. Like commercial airlines and cruise ships.

But I think when this occurs the DOD Space Command (Marines maybe) will somehow be involved in keeping peace in outer space. Air Marshals will not cut it.

I know, the Marines are wishful thinking.

Have to keep the serfs on mother earth so they can experience all kinds of hopey-changey. No freedom of exploration for anyone.

Elsewhere in the news, they also criticize spending tax dollars on space exploration.

Committee members were "very rational," said Charlie Precourt, a former astronaut and now vice president and general manager of Space Launch Systems for ATK's Space Systems Group

I wonder what his bias is?

The Democrats have always viewed the “space program” as a jobs and/or social engineering and/or diplomacy vehicle.

Republicans see it as either a defense issue and/or economic development vehicle.

Few people see the difference; mainly due to the lamestream media purposefully or due to incompetency avoiding reporting on the difference.
