By having more plaintiffs on the case, it reduces the incentive for anyone to do her in. Even if she dies, the case goes on. Perhaps the judge was protecting her in more ways than just legal standing.
Furthermore, evidence and discovery is shared among plaintiffs. It would make it harder to destroy crucial evidence by thuggery.
He is definitely trying to keep Kreep on since the Motion to Dismiss stated that one of his plaintiffs which resides in Orange County may be the only person that just might qualify to make a case in that county.
That is how I read the Motion to Dismiss. I wish I could remember the exact statement, but it stated that this person no longer was attached to the case. So, maybe the judge realized having Kreep and his plaintiffs, it could not be dismissed.

Sean Hannity, like other conservative hosts, has not fully embraced the Zer0 BC issue. Too easy for the MSM to paint them as nutjobs. Though that tide will turn soon, IMO.
