It's going to be bland "Stay in school, kids! Study hard! Listen to your parents and your teachers..." crapola.
The reasons:
- Then the libs can point to it and say "See! It was all harmless - conservatives are crazy!"
- Obama got caught and any liberal propaganda had to be excercised.
- This speech was always about establishing Dear Leader's communication channel to the youth of today, without the annoying interference of the parental gatekeepers. Early indoctrination classes are always fluff, so they can ease you into the more insidious stuff.
