Very interesting post, Cindy, but there is a technical flaw in Hill’s prediction—suitcase nukes. Such things actually existed and were produced by the Soviets. If any of those so-called suitcase nukes still exist, however they were brought into this country, they might be used as “dirty bombs” but cannot be used as nukes, because the fisionable material is way past (by several times) it’s half-life and it would just not “explode.”

The technology of nuclear explosives is very complex. It’s inconceivable that any terrorists are capable to producing such things, or refreshing those produced by others.
