I was sick much of last month, still don't feel good, I'm just old, tired, aggravated and worn out, I suppose.
First is a LITTLE BLUE HERON, next a GREAT BLUE HERON, different birds altogether.
I love the color of the Magnolia seeds, nothing else quite like it.

Please add me to your ping list.
I find some people’s ability to “take pictures” interesting. For example, you could give me the best, most expensive camera made and I’d never take a decent image of anything, ever! Contrary to that, I have a friend you can give a disposable camera to and they always take amazing pictures. It is a G-d given talent.....
Thanks for the pics!

Beautiful photography.
I can almost hear the sounds in the background.
I needed that today.

I’m not getting the Egret/Obama connection. Was BushCheney murdering them? That evil bastard/s.
Lots of Egrets this year in central PA. I saw one standing in the triangle formed by the on/off ramps to PA-641 from US15 last week. That’s the closest I have gotten to one. I have a pond in front of my place. Had one eating my minnows a few days ago. I get lots of Great Blues, Green Herons, and Kingfishers there. Not too many Egrets, one or two a year.
Nice pictures in this thread. I haven’t seen a Little Blue Heron before.
