The last signature Odongo’s, is dated 8/7/1961.

In colonial Kenya one would expect such a date to be shown British style - as 7/8/1961, assuming they mean August 7 1961.

Similarly, his mother’s birthdate is shown as 11/29/1942.

Hmmm, think they’ll have to do better than that !

Much as I’d like to get excited about this, I want to first see a verified, actual copy of another Kenyan’s birth certificate from the same hospital, and from the same time period for comparison.

Secondly, I’d like to see a photograph (or three) of the alleged BC instead of a photocopy, which is what the image at the link appears to be.

I’d also like to get the back story on this document and the guy who obtained it, or a general statement of fact from Orly Taitz’ office.

A quick Google of the name Helton Maganga brought up 154 hits. He’s the real thing, and apparently, the attending physician also checks out as a real person who was practicing medicine in Kenya at the time of Obama’s birth.

Now I understand why someone spent so much time and energy to make the fake “punked” birth certificate earlier.

Poison the well. That one was fake, so this one must be fake too, right?

Anyhow, the guy did put his gonads on the chopping block for real. That thing does look genuine too me.

I wonder if there is any chance we can get one of Barry’s footprints for comparison.

I don't even care anymore if this is real or not- I hope it IS and he gets tossed out of office- but I still like getting people to questioning his validity.

Putting that uncertainty in people's minds cannot hurt and at this point IF he finally says “Ok here's my lousy $18 BC” people will say “why didnt you do that before”

Here’s how I see it. Lucas Smith has placed his evidence before the court under the penalty of perjury. Will the frauds at Factcheck be willing to do the same??? I doubt it.

This is a legal affidavit that declares Lucas Smith to be of sound mind and judgement.
Lucas can go to jail if he lied on this affidavit.

Maybe he just thinks he's not crazy...

& that footprint...well it looks fake.
