I am not so sure myself if this is real or not, but the guy is risking jail time with the declaration and what the hey; The Enquirer got the John Edwards story right even after all the ‘legitimate’ news organizations missed it.

The declaration was signed just yesterday, and it doesn’t have a “Filed” stamp on it—so we don’t know if it is filed with the Court in Santa Ana.

No way to tell if it is bona fide, or not, over the internet.

His friend’s rap sheet it. I guess that could play out both ways. Someone used to breaking the law might be just the type that would do this sort of thing. What puzzles me is that Smith’s friends are black. I would imagine they would be Obama supporters. They may work for him, been hired by his thugs to try to being this all out at a crisis moment(health care). Don’t take your eyes off the real issues for one minute. The papers are in court. Work on killing health care, that’s #1. Also Cap and Trade and all the other things he is trying to sneak in.
I understand we can multi task but if Health Care and Cap and Trade pass, they can find out he was born in Kenya to parents that have always lived in Kenyan and it won’t matter.

Looks like it was run through copy machines several times before it was stamped with dark blue ink in the upper left corner. I would expect a cleaner copy if it were real. Also, is the date format correct for Kenya? In the US we use M/D/Y where in many other countries the date format is D/M/Y. I don’t know, I’m just asking.
