The declaration was signed just yesterday, and it doesn’t have a “Filed” stamp on it—so we don’t know if it is filed with the Court in Santa Ana.
No way to tell if it is bona fide, or not, over the internet.
The article link on her site is bad as well. Or at least I can’t get to the story as she has it linked at her blog.
