Last night Zero Hedge obtained some interesting documents from the CDC web site. They contain blank 'forced quarantine' orders from Iowa and Florida regarding novel H1N1 -- including quarantine to a 'secure detention center'-- which appear to be recent -- dated April 2009....

I also wonder when anything is “leaked” is it to just cause fear and anxiety?

How do you "leak" something that has been posted on a publicly-accessible government website?

This has nothing to do with the Obama Admin - it is a state document.

I also believe what the article is saying is that FL and Iowa would be physical locations for quarantine centers (”secure detetion centers”) Follow link under the thread title.

Read the entire Iowa document. I did. It is a means to deal with people who break home quarantine or who live somewhere (such as a boarding house) where home quarantine is not practical.

Quarantine is still largely a state domain.

Why is it that the first thing I see when I go to view those “lengthy” documents you mentioned is 2007 EDITION.
This enfluenza “pandemic” was supposed to of started this past year. Why is it then that we keep coming upon different documents etc. that were written and filed etc. in previous years, specifically referring to an “enfluenza pandemic”???
