Madonna fans are being urged to stay away from her forthcoming Sticky and Sweet tour date in Bulgaria by the country's Orthodox Church.
Church of Bulgaria officials have accused the star of showing a "lack of respect" for church rituals.
They expressed their "disapproval and disagreement" with her planned show this Saturday in the Bulgarian capital.
The concert, at Sofia's Vasil Levski Stadium, is expected to be attended by about 50,000 people.

Holding a rock concert in an Orthodox country on the day when the Beheading of the Prophet, Forerunner and Baptist John is commemorated—unlike most saints’ days commemorated with a solmen fast—is enough to earn a condemnation. Why do you think that the Church of Bulgaria or the BBC should have compounded the affront by describing “Madonna’s” antics?

True enough, but what I meant was for them to be specific only in so far as they mention, for example, that she performs a mockery of our Lord's crucifixion.
I guess I am hoping that many of these people who plan to attend just don't realize how satanic this whore is. Naive, on my part, I suppose.
