Hard to say with the clowns running the country. Could be all the above over time.
What are we facing? Mexicans who want to take over our country..along with the Commies..and the Muslims who want to destroy it.

I am not a fortune teller, but as you can see from my tag line, I am VERY happy not to be there now.
Another expat friend from Florida was in my cottage just a few moments ago.
The news he gets from central Florida is ALL bad.
People are walking away from their homes, as values are $30,000 less then what they owe.
On his last trip back there some months ago, he said people were walking around like zombies.
For me, I left in 2005, and have NO plan to return.
I think we are facing something akin to when Ashley says something to the effect that we could have all spent our days happily buried at Twelve Oaks but that now everything is over, that society is breaking down and what happens when society breaks down? The strong find a way to make it through and the weak get winnowed out.
The ironic part of all of this is two-fold. First, the weak that get winnowed out are Obama’s core supporters. They have the highest unemployment and the lowest prospects. The second irony is that this time, Ashley can’t even consider going to New York to get a job in a bank there, because even the New York banks are folding this time.
My money is and always has been on Scarlett. That is why I have a home on the red clay of Georgia where I grow carrots. I am leaving California to go there for good, next week. Maybe it’s time we all pick up some root, hold it against the sky and say something prophetic, like:
“As God is my witness, as God is my witness, when this is over, they will not have licked me. I’ll live through this if I have to lie, or cheat or steal. And when I do, as God is my witness, neither I nor none of my kin will ever go hungry again.”
God help us all.
Between illegal immigrants, moslems and bleeding heart liberals, this country doesn’t stand a chance.

That’s about the best I can do as I am not a rabble rouser and don’t want to go to jail ;-)
And I can't help but believe but that it is being planned to happen. I think Obama truly hates America, our way and our people. We are all expendable to his and/or his handlers for some heinous plan unknown to us.
I think you only need to look at Britain and Europe.
Socialism. Lowered standard of living. Lowered national prestige. Growing capitulation to Islam. Intrusive government. Nanny state. A disarmed population. Anti-knife laws. Thugs running wild. Jail time for those who dare to defend their own lives or their property. Big brother. Government video cameras on every street corner. An economic environment unfriendly to small business. Government officials telling you that you can’t spank your children. Eight months on a waiting list to see a doctor about your cancer. Government telling you when you finally do that treatment is not available. Euthanasia if you survive.
But hey, I like to be optimistic.

Hubby and I bought our first house last year. We really thought we were buying at the bottom, and at least we cashed out on the stocks before they got hammered by half. But now we may be facing a 10% paycut. I am 51 years old and never have I seen things this bad in the NYC metro area. I remember the 70s and inflation and crime and it was bad. But it was not like now. Truly this is a zombie economy.
I’m thinking it’s going to go down like Chile. Allende was a communist whose first act was to nationalize a bunch of things and go heavily into debt. The Army under Pinochet had a coup and the leftists were rounded up and shot.

Sounds good to me.
That is the kind of stupidity I fear in Obama. How could the Southerners (in the dialog) make an informed decision, when they didn't understand what it took to fight a war? And like them, what can Obama do to help the economy when he doesn't understand the basics of capitalism?
What difference does that make to a gentleman, indeed.
