A man who had claimed to have a copy of President Obama's Kenyan birth certificate, attempted to sell it on eBay and then disappeared from contact has reappeared, this time with a video of the document he claims proves Obama's foreign birth.
As WND reported, Lucas Smith, a former resident of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and known by the eBay handle "colmado_noranja," claimed online and in phone conversations with WND to have an authentic document from Coast Provincial Hospital in Mombasa proving Obama's birth there at 7:24 p.m. on Aug. 4, 1961.

*yawn*
He’s lying... He said that the copy had the Administrator’s email address. Ummm, 1961 and an email address? I don’t think so....
That footprint looks ridiculous to me.
No, he said there was a 2009 ink stamp at the top of the form with the admins name and email.
I just wish people would take better video and why were those kids standing around like the village of the damned.
If you were to look at this as some coordinated effort, rather than random scammers, goofing DUmmies and deluded attorneys, it’s plausible that an avalanche of fake documents will cast sufficient doubt upon the genuine article, if it ever turns up, that it won’t be believed, either.
There is no law that says Obama has to release his birth certificate, in any form. So, he won’t. But, maybe there’s doubt as to whether there actually is something genuine, still floating around out in the world.
I suspect the answer is SIMPLE. Obamas’ mother may have never filed for an original Hawaiian bc. Under Hawaiian state law, it may be possible that, based on ONLY one of the two conflicting newspaper announcements found so far in Hawaii, that a bc was only filed for and received as late as 2005/6. Could this be the truth?
It is interesting that neither the father or mother lived at the noted newspaper birth announcement address in 1961. The father had a bachelor apartment at a different address and the mother had no known address herself according to recent reports.
Slow down folks.Let the facts come forward first. It’s not like this isn’t gaining traction in the courts because it is.
The COPY, if from 2009, may have an email addy. The original would not.
However that doesn't mean that this isn't a scam.
Well the Dr listed was a real Dr in Kenya at the time. Don’t know if he’s alive but his daughter is a Judge

That certainly looks like a valid footprint to me!
Meanwhile, if anyone wants to use this issue to discredit the MSM - without having to engage in any “birther theories” - getting the answers in the FAX here could really help out:

If we could get HI to call CNN and the NYT on misleading people, that would make both CNN and the NYT look very bad. Considering all the names they’ve called the “birthers” - and their widespread impact on other issues - I’d hope that people would jump at the chance. But, so far I’m the only person covering the MSM side of this issue.
Personally I don’t know why WND is even bothering to report this. They know the guy is a scam artist and have reported that fact in the past.
Some info on Smith.
