Seriously, this sounds like somebody has a movie coming out this year, and is trying to Viral promotion for it ahead of time.
There’s something wrong with these children. They approach quietly, yet boldly. They’re young, usually teens or slightly younger. They insist on coming inside your house to use the bathroom, the telephone or just for a drink of water. But for some reason you’re afraid. Why? They’re just kids. Then you notice their eyes – black, as if the pupil had poured over its banks...
It's just ACORN operatives coming to get your history for the census.
Oddly enough, I saw one photo of Joe Biden and both of his eyes were pitch black. I think it was an AP photo, on an AP site, so I don’t think it was Photoshopped. And I haven’t seen it since.

Assuming there is an element of truth to the tales, tremendously dilated pupils could indicate any number of popular, recreational drugs. LSD is probably out, due to the preternatural calm, uniformly exhibited. X (ecstacy) dilates the pupils as well, but hostile intent is not a noted side effect, it’s more of a feeling of oneness with humanity, a desire to be with and have physical contact with, other people. Other drugs, methamphetamine pops out, but preternatural calm isn’t at all associated with it.
Dusk is actually more important in occult belief systems, both real and manufactured, it’s the between time, the time when distinctions are thinnest. So, a suspicion of occult is plausible because of this, as much or even moreso than night time.
I’ve gotten weird vibes from the eyes of certain MSM news anchors and reporters, as well as certain politicians, actors and musicians. Eyes like two lumps of coal, dead but hot. They’ve invariably gone on to show themselves very much in opposition to what I believe and accept, morally and politically. I think maybe it’s something coming subconsciously, some sort of instinctual, defensive response, sort of like the hair standing up on the back of your neck when somebody’s watching you, and therefore it’s not a real, physical thing.
That means nothing.
