I don't know if this has been posted but follow the link to the Washington Examiner.
As usual Scott is on right on track.
who is going to pay the heavy costs of such lawsuits. Most of the time these suits are done on contingency basis and the lawyer forks over the costs.
So now who will pay for all of the costs?
How many lawyers are going to have to be on salary to cover the whole of America??
This is such a bad idea.
If a Doctor screws up and your baby is handicapped for the rest of her life -do you really want a government lawyer?
; )
Thats exactly where Scott is going with his parody. If the lawyers in government think a public option for healthcare is such a good idea then they should agree to one in malpractice law.
If healthcare providers shouldn’t be allowed to make money then lawyers shouldn;t be either.
Oh crap...I didn’t know it was a parody. Sheesh, I thought this is something they were going to do.
ROFLMAO.
Every time I read one of Scott’s articles I have to think for a moment then I lose it.
His site is scrappleface.com
1- Congressman since he will not be in the system that is used for the great unwashed (unless they are a Republican, go to #3).
2- Anyone with Chicago-strength clout. If an FOB (Friend of Barry) go to #1.
3- Republicans, elderly, and conservative radio hosts.
NOPE! #3 will be disallowed completely
I forgot - I will put Republicans as “none of the above” - step aside.
