Of course it’s legal, just poor judgement.

forgive me for sounding this..
but the picture is real and not some library stock photo of “man carrying assault rifle”
what makes this interesting is that this man does not appear to be any kind of white supremacist or even just plain white..
Is the president so unpopular even amongst his own?

You can bet the Secret Service where hiding in the crowd. It is excellent to see people challenging authority and exercising their rights.

OMG!!!
How many people were shot? None? Well, how many shots were fired? None? Hmmm. OK, how many people reported having a gun pointed at them? Zero? At least let me know how many people were arrested? Nobody?
What the heck is going on here? People carry guns to a rally and nobody will shot, not shots were fired, nobody was threatened, and nobody was arrested. How can this be? I thought guns guranteed mayhem, instead it sounds like everything stayed calm and peaceful.

NO HE DID NOT!
If you call a cow’s tail a leg, how many legs does it have?
NO!!!!!!!
The cow still has ONLY 4 LEGS!
The weapon DOES NOT HAVE AUTO-SELECT, therefore, IT IS NOT AN ASSAULT RIFLE!!!!!

The funniest part is the entire MSM seems to be having a hissy fit over it.

CNN sure did tap dance around the fact that the black guy with the AR15 was an Obama supporter.

Man carries assault rifle to Obama protest
I'm sorry, that's dumb. Stuff like that accomplishes nothing but getting new gun laws passed.

I think that, when Obama is no longer useful to his creators, that they may very well arrange his removal.
Of course, a scenario that would lead to gun confiscation would be highly preferred by his inventors.
That guy in NH who combined open carry with a sign about watering the tree of Liberty was using very bad judgement, IMO. He was making the Secret Service's job a lot harder.
And, in my view, we should want them to do a very good job, because the downside of a Reichstag fire with Obama playing the role of the Reichstag is very, very bad.

"I'm exercising my rights as an American in Arizona," the man, who refused to give his name, told KNXV.
If this was a Conservative or someone from the right, no doubt theyr would have their name by now!
