Vanity: Who is your Favorite Freeper?
self
Posted on 08/17/2009 6:10:52 PM PDT by Jean S
A thread with this title was posted about 10 years ago. The top choices were JohnHuang2 and kattracks (who sadly died of cancer a couple of years ago).
My current favorites are governsleastgovernsbest for posting his great commentaries from newsbusters here (this is NOT an ad). I also like RobinMasters, he finds great articles to post. Also, kudos to Cindy for her relentless research. And of course, Jim Robinson who makes this all possible.
This thread is dedicated to kattracks, a true friend of FR. May she rest in peace.

Have lots of faves; most are humble and would probably feel embarrassed if I listed them. Would like to put SheLion’s name out there again, though. She passed a while back. I miss reading her posts.

Allegra. Boots (and socks) on the ground in Iraq. I trust her reporting more than the MSM. It doesn’t hurt that she is also amusing. The first thing I do is search for her input. I don’t always respond to her posts, but I do pay attention to them.

Who does the DU Funnies? They are hilarious! Thanx! PJ-Comix is the main guy at the DUmmie FUnnies, and I help out some.

I never knew that tribute area existed. Is it on the home page? What a great idea, very moving. Man, some of our FReepers died too young. I especially like the ones with pictures. It is nice to see fellow FReeper’s faces. I appreciate the importance of anonymity, but in death I suppose that changes.
Rest in peace FRiends.

Who maintains the FR Memorial list?
I'm sure they could be added if requested.

I think it was P.J.-Comix who wrote some hilarious threads many years ago too. I linked them in my profile but now the links are no longer good. Many wonderful threads have been removed.

There are some incredible Americans on that list and the tributes are very moving.
68-69TonkinGulfYachtClub was a first class FReeper.
He is missed. :(
