Something strange over Phoenix

Something strange happening in the skys over Phoenix. Pairs of Jets (not commercial) are flying in traffic patterns not used for commercial flights (to my knowledge). They sound like fighter jets (at 18000 feet - or so) going toward S. Calif.
Many sets of two flying in alternate flight paths (north and south of Phoenix) and two jets flying pattern (probably out of Luke AFG). The two local jets are flying a search pattern and go dark from time to time. Making hard right and left hand turns.
Started at or before 9:45 Arizona Std time. That is when I started seeing the patterns and they may be continuing.
If anyone inbetween here and Calif sees anything abnormal in flights - give a hollar.

In San Diego, Marine and Navy jets are the usual.
They have to keep in ready mode, and constant
training based here at Marimar Marine Air Base and North Island Naval Air Station.
They are great to see.

Last week a group of us countered over 600 Bomabots
in line for one of the town halls here.
The other day over 200 Conservatives were in front of Babs BoToxer’s office here in San Diego with some really fine signs.
