We, the undersigned, assert our rights as citizens of the United States in demanding that the constitutional eligibility requirement be taken seriously and that any and all controlling legal authorities in this matter examine the complete birth certificate of Barack Obama, including the actual city and hospital of birth, and make that document available to the American people for inspection.

Republican Party: I believe that the Republican Party could put pressure on Obama to release his Hawaii long form birth certificate and his Occidental, Columbia, and Harvard college records by adding a new rule to its bylaws:
"A Republican Party candidate for Senator, Representative, Vice-President, and President must provide his/her long form birth certificate and his/her college records to Republican Party officials before she/he can be approved to run in a Republican primary.
Such documents will become part of the public record where the public can examine them when it wishes."
1. Remember, a political party can write rules covering its own candidates that are independent of Congress and the laws of the Constitution of the United States.
2. That is, each political party is responsible for its own bylaws within its own party, and legally those bylaws do NOT have to be approved by Congress or a federal agency.
3. In other words, as long as its bylaws concerning the eligibility of its candidates do NOT conflict with the eligibility requirements of the U.S. Constitution, the Republican Party---or any political party---can set its own rules as to what documents a Republican candidate must present to Republican Party officials before he is approved by the Republican Party to be put on party primary and regular election ballots.
4. Putting pressure on Obama and the Democratic Party: If the Republican Party puts the rule above into its own bylaws, such an action might put tremendous pressure on the Democratic Party to put a similar eligibility bylaw in its own rules.

But if the Republican Party required its candidates to provide long form birth certificates and college records before they were approved to go on the Republican Party primary ballot, then such an action, in my opinion, will do a lot of good by making sure that we don't have a repeat of this ugly Obama birth certificate controversy in future elections.

Any idiot knows something is wrong here. But why limit it to the birth certificate question? School records, and CERTAINLY MEDICAL RECORDS also need to be revealed. obama could have been treated for addiction, mental illness, WHATEVER! It is the public’s right to know about him.
Senator Schumer’s remarks here ABOUT JOHN MCCAIN need to go VIRAL. Spread the word, because he IS RIGHT ABOUT THIS. The public has a RIGHT TO KNOW and this issue is not going away. No way, No how.

I e-mailed Joseph Farah with a question on the recent Corsi article and also asked him about this BIG STORY on eligibility. He replied to my e-mail and addressed the question on the article and did not answer the question on this big story. Unfortunately, even the conservative media
cannot touch the “eligibility” issue for fear of losing their jobs....the cover up by the “powers that be” is BEYOND our comprehension !

Everyone should listen to her three hour show regarding Obama’s birth certificate...this is bad. The show is divided in three parts.

From listening to the Roth Show and if true the white house is monitoring this site and posting...so that would tell me we are all already on the list.
I really hate to pop your bubble, but this petition, like 99% of petitions, is worthless.
Even if you got 2,000,000 signatures, well over 50% of the US population, -7nobama would pay zero attention to it. You see, he doesn’t have to. A petition is just a bunch of paper and words.
You want to get -7nobama’s attention? You next opportunity will present itself in the voting booth on Tuesday, November 6, 2012.

If the American people that are so opposed to him and his policies now would of gotten out and voted the last election we wouldn't be in dire straits.
