California attorney Orly Taitz filed a motion last Friday in the United States District Court, for the Central District of California, requesting authentification of a document purporting to be a copy of the original Kenyan birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama, II, who was born at Mombassa’s Coast General Hospital on August 4, 1961.
The alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Oduya, and was issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964.
Taitz's motion, filed on behalf of the 44 plaintiffs in a federal lawsuit against President Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clintion, and others, requests the purported evidence of Obama's birth – both the alleged birth certificate and foreign records not yet obtained – be preserved from destruction, asks for permission to legally request documents from Kenya and seeks a subpoena for deposition from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The lawsuit, claiming that Obama is not a “natural born citizen of the United States,” is challenging his constitutional eligibility to serve in the office of president. Plaintiffs include a number of military personnel, along with representatives Glenn Casada of Tennessee, Timothy Comerford of New Hampshire, Cynthia Davis of Missouri, Casey Guernsey of Missouri, Frank Niceley of Tennessee, Larry Rappaport of New Hampshire, Eric Swafford of Tennessee, former U.N. Ambassador Alan Keys, and former U.S. Senator Jerry O’Neil of Montana.

Is what is burning me up is that the Constitution is not being enforced. Obama is not a natural born citizen even if he were born in Hawaii.

It all seems to be coming to a head the way that I predicted it would after Hussein won the election.
It's not a birth certificate, but a "Certified Copy of Registration of Birth." That's a document obtained at a later date (in this case, Feb. 1964) by copying data off the original "Registration of Birth", with such data certified as being correct by the Kenyan official who signed it and applied an official seal. There is also a reference to the specific register book (and page number) which, according to that official, contains the original record of the birth.

What do you predict in the next 3 months?
I can't get a handle on exactly what constitutes a natural born citizen. Everybody has their own take on it, and the constitution doesn't define it with clarity, just says that they must be of such an age and natural born.
It seems like even the so-called experts can't reach consensus on what constitutes natural born.
The case with Orly Taitz and Lightfoot vs. Bowen at the U.S. District Court in Santa Ana, CA. looks very potent. This could be the beginning of the end of Obama’s stint in the White House.

The lack of “provenance” on this document screams out to be beware! On the other hand, it would be sheer lunacy for Orly Taitz to publish a document so central to her case(s) without doing her due diligence. If the document proves to be a fake, Taitz has screwed up, big time. If it is authentic, her case is won. Either way, you’ve got to admit, it’s a riveting read.

Per Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, one must be a natural born American citizen to serve as President. Barack Obama is NOT eligible for the Presidency because he is not a natural born citizen. The law that applied during the time of Obama’s birth (in effect from December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986) stated- “If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.” We know that Obama’s father was a Kenyan citizen (a British Colony) and his mother just 18 at Obama’s birth...” (thus, she would had to have been aged 21 in order for Obama to be eligible). John A. Bingham, primary framer, 14th Amendment, states- “Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” Obama himself has stated that he is the son of a Kenyan- Kenya being a foreign sovereignty. Thus, Obama is not a natural born citizen even if he were actually born in Hawaii.
Aside from that, I personally believe that Obama was born in Kenya.
The bottomline is that Obama now can’t run from releasing his original long form birth certificate.
I hope our military does the right thing and sides with the citizens.....

where’s Jerry now? he sure has been quite these past couple of months but I did he when he returned from Kenya he was in bad shape and had surgery.
