This is in follow-up to my post on Tuesday: "The Day I asked a question and got the MOTHER of all answers"
The implications of the following account is that the President's REAL NAME did not appear on any ballot, in any state.
That's just one of MANY implications. Let me preface by saying an AMENDED birth record could indicate that the President was adopted by either Lolo Soetoro and/or His grandparents, the Dunhams.
My story:
I have serious reasons to believe that Janice Okubo and/or Director Fukino, Department of Health in Hawaii are under duress. Something is preventing Director Fukino from making statements that she has the statutory authority to make.
And my story coincides with the recent revelation that the President is a Natural Born Citizen and born in Hawaii, all along.
On Monday, on a whim I decided to try my hand at a question for Ms. Okubo, Communications Director for the Department that holds the President’s vital records.
In a nutshell, this is what I asked her:
–Ms. Okubo–
If the Director made this statement:
““Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures… ”
…she has the statutory authority to answer this question:
“Is the Director of Health for the State of Hawai’i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, able to state they have verified that the Hawai’i State Department of Health has President Barack Obama’s AMENDED original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures?”
Please reply with her answer.

You see, they have the same statutory authority over an Amended Original Birth Certificate that they have over an (unamended) Original Birth Certificate.
No one has to attest to an Amended Original Birth Certificate’s existence. By virtue of STATUTORY AUTHORITY she can make this statement, AND she clearly says so.
But, to my surprise, at 11:47 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2009 I got the press release in answer to my question with the recent revelations and now the words ‘VITAL RECORDS’ are referenced.
Now, taken at face value, the press release seems to affirm the question I asked, but I wanted clarity. So I asked specifically if the Director could make a statement that she has the STATUTORY AUTHORITY TO MAKE:
“As Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, I have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has President Barack Obama’s AMENDED original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”
But I got this in return: “The director has nothing further to add to her statements.”
More than once. I even asked if she can make the statement if she was compelled to. Nothing.
I let Ms. Okubo know that I fear something is preventing them from making statements they have the authority to make. And told her I was compelled to tell someone.
Not that anyone will care, but I have alerted the media in detail.
I have the emails to corroborate.
I am VERY concerned.

You can ask them, but legally they can’t answer that question. They don’t have the statutory authority to answer.
That’s why I asked a question I KNOW FOR CERTAIN they have the statutory authority to answer. Because I paraphrased their OWN words they used last October.
“I would like to ask the good Dr. Fukino these questions:
1. Doctor’s signature: Is there a doctor’s signature on Obama’s birth certificate?
2. Hospital: Is there a hospital name on the birth certificate?”
See? So funny, huh?

Yes, they are under duress and that’s a crime and we need to know who is bullying them.
I realize that you support Hillary, so do not take offense when I remind you how she illegally got her hands on FBI files when she was copresident. She is now the Secretary of State and she controls the passport office and that birth certificate would also be in that office and IF it served her interests she has access to what is hidden. And she is well practiced in the art of leaking without leaving a trail. And NO I am not suggesting that I think Hillary should break the law to reveal Bama's secrets. Just there is a history of liberals Foleyzing conservatives to take power.
It obviously is NOT in the interest of the leading ruling party of liberals to demand of Bama to put out for the whole world to see what the 'records' literally demonstrate his actual living history documents. And they have so intimidated the high minded RHINOS into seeing fit to come forth and shake their haughty faces at their least respectable constituents over asking obvious questions.
Welcome to the truth squad! We will not rest until this fraud in the White House is removed. Somewhere, sometime, some one will do his or her patriotic duty and uncover what this slime-bag continues to hide in his past.

How so? Because they have jobs in the Department of Health?
Consider if they have family that have been threatened by, say, the POTUS. What would you do?
Because his parents may well have both been natural born. We have seen no record that verifies who his father is. Hawaii hasn’t verified it either.
And I think Berg, as a lawyer, should have had the smarts to ask the question I asked. It took a graphic designer like 10 months to finally figure out the right question. That’s a shame.

Actually, the first “birthers” were the Senators who held hearings and enacted a resolution proclaiming John Mccain to be a Natural Born Citizen. It is interesting that Barack Obama signed onto the resolution. A resolution that clearly says, to be a NBC a person must have two parents who are also Natural Born Citizens.”
I’m as far from a Hillary fan as a person can get but the way she was treated by the media during the campaign. The fraud that was committed against her during the precinct votes. That she was forced to hand electorate votes, she had clearly won, to Obama is incredible.
I honestly believed Hillary had enough power to prevent what happened to her. She was the most visible victim of Obama’s criminal Chicago Political Machine.
Sadly, and this did disappointment me. She chose party loyalty over a fair election and an eligible candidate. She not only hurt herself in the eyes of her supporters, she put another nail in the coffin of American fair elections.
Hillary should have stood up for her country and fought against the tactics being used agaist here. Sadly her loyalties lies elsewhere.

I think they have reason to be concerned. Hawaii is a place where things can happen to you. Fast. If I were them, I would have made contingency plans to protect themselves and their families.
More than likely, at the very least they have been told not to say anything about it other than what they have been told to say. I rather doubt they came up with those press releases on their own. I believe that they are getting instructions from higher up the food chain. That would make sense from an Islanders perspective.
Not to mention the fact that there is a Trial that is scheduled in Santa Ana that is apparently moving forward. The integrity of the records needs to be maintained.
I hope to high heaven, they have covered their own backs!

Twa we are. I had to explain to someone here just today, that this isn’t about partisan politics right now. Its about the constitution and the damage that this uncertainty is doing. If there is an Usurper in office, we have no legal Federal Government.
I, at this point, do not care who is in the white house, as long as that person is CONSTITUTIONALLY QUALIFIED to be there.
I don’t think Obama is. I think he is going to be forced from office and the pressure is only mounting. That leaves the real possibility of Biden and Clinton coming to power. I don’t know, but one thing is CERTAIN. We MUST know with 100% certainty, that the person in the oval office sitting behind that desk is legit. Obama doesn’t look like he is, and is looking more like that every day.
The strength of this country is in the Union of the states. If that Union is gone.... yea, thats a damn serious issue.
If we take Barack Obama at his word (yes I know funny eh) that his father was Barack Hussein Obama Sr. a Kenyan national and British Citizen he isn’t eligible. As a constitutional lawyer he should know that.
But there is another angle to this mess. Hid adoption. We know Obama became Barry and we have tangible evidence to support it.
When and how did he change his name from Barry Soetro back to Obama. That’s what I’d like to know.
His adoption brings into this mess huge concerns that eventually a court will have to determine. I pray we have judges who take their duties seriously.
