What is going on here? Either the political research department at CNN is a complete joke or the Hawaiian Dept of Health has been changing its story.

We know from a document posted on June 10, 2009 on the Department of Hawaiian Homelands website that, up until very recently, either the original paper Certificates of Live Birth and/or scanned images of those paper certificates were maintained by the Dept of Health, and copies of them were provided to confirm claims of Hawaiian ancestry. But if in June 2009 the Department of Hawaiian Homelands has decided that it will no longer require the original Certificate of Live Birth as proof for special privileges and the Department of Health spokesman says firmly that they will no longer provide copies of these original certificates, is it possible that, in the midst of the controversy over where Barack Obama was born, the Hawaiian state govt has destroyed the original paper certificate of live birth? This seems almost incredible to me, but the authorities have been so deceptive and evasive on this issue, that it cannot be dismissed as impossible.

Per Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, one must be a natural born American citizen to serve as President. Barack Obama is NOT eligible for the Presidency because he is not a natural born citizen. The law that applied during the time of Obama’s birth (in effect from December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986) stated- “If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.” We know that Obama’s father was a Kenyan citizen (a British Colony) and his mother just 18 at Obama’s birth...” (thus, she would had to have been aged 21 in order for Obama to be eligible). John A. Bingham, primary framer, 14th Amendment, states- “Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” Obama himself has stated that he is the son of a Kenyan- Kenya being a foreign sovereignty. Thus, Obama is not a natural born citizen even if he were actually born in Hawaii.

Aside from that, I believe that Obama was born in Kenya.

Wow. These guys are really digging. Here is a real State of Hawaii (don't get excited it's NOT OBAMA's) long form birth certificate from 1961. But it's an example of the data that would be available if (big IF) Obama every lets it out. To dream.

Here is my letter....

Dear Congressman,

As you know there are some people in this country that remain skeptical as to the location of President Obama’s birth.

These people, dismissed by some in the media as lunatics and called “Birthers” simply desire proof that the President is a legitimate Constitutionally qualified natural born American.

President Obama could easily clear up the questions surrounding his birth simply by releasing the long form version of his Birth Certificate to the public, but to date President Obama has refused and legally fought challenges to release that document.

The long form version of his Birth Certificate would contain specific information about his birth such as the name of the hospital he was born and the name of the Physician that witnessed his birth.

One of the reason there are so many skeptics is because in 1961 the Hawaii state law made it possible to obtain a Birth Certificate even if you were not physically born in the state see (Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).

We can understand that if young Ann Dunham had birthed Obama in Kenya that a call to her parents and the idea that their grandson was not natural born might have persuaded the Dunhams to go to the registrar to give young Barack the appearance of being a natural born U.S. Citizen.

In addition, there are numerous inconsitancies when viewing the copies of his Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) and comparing them with Long form versions of Birth Certificates issued to children born around the same time as Obama, i.e., the serialized dept of health number assigned to his COLB is a number that is higher then ones assigned to children born on Aug 5th 1961 a day after his birth and in the same hospital. No one has adequately explained that inconsistancy but it would make sense if his birth was filed with the registrar on a date later then the date on which he was born.

So in order to put this matter to rest I ask you to draft and forward a Congressional Resoluton to Honor the Doctor that brought Obama into the World. There can be no doubt that this Doctors name is historically relevant and it is quite natural and non-political to want to see the Doctor that birthed Obama honored in this fashion, after all he birthed the first black President and the first President from the State Of Hawaii.

This will also allow people to make donations to the Hospital that Obama was born In the name of the One that brought him forth into the world.

Regardless of where Obama was born, there are only two possibilities of his current status:

1) He is an Illegal Alien. His Mother married Soetoro and moved him to Indonesia, where he had to be adopted by his stepfather to go to school and be part of the life in that country. That also allows him access to foreign aid for college here in the States.

2) Should he really be a Citizen, he is guilty of grand theft of federal funds for education, and of perjury on all of his legal oaths for the Bar Registry.

As far as I am concerned, his own admissions, both in print and on his websites championing his few biographical attainments — he is a Dual Citizen, and does not meet the Constitution’s requirement, as stipulated in plain English, of being “a natural born citizen”. Of the five Constitutional mentions of the term citizen, only one has any qualification appended to it. Additionally, since most of the Founders and others at the time of its adoption were Dual Citizens, they specifically stated they were grandfathered in – which provision terminated at their deaths.

Barack Hussein Obama is a fraud.
