The 30-year-old actress narrowly escaped disaster over the weekend while filming in Australia for her new horror flick Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark. Too bad she didn't escape the disaster of being married to nutcase Tom Cruise!

That’s OK. Tom will just declare her ‘entheta’ and send her for another ‘purif rundown’....complete with numerous saunas and dangerous levels of niacin. She’ll be good as new.

No problem... after a few hours of sessions hooked up to a box with a few wires and blinking lights, and some rituals to ward off the evil space alien “Zul” or whatever they call him... everything will be back to normal.

Katie Holmes was left shaken after a car she had been sat in on a film set caught fire seconds after she got out of it. I've actually been inside a car that caught fire while I was driving!
I pulled over and got out of the car. It really wasn't that scary.

I didn't see the make of auto in the article. I'm curious because a couple of weeks ago, a new Cadillac exploded near me at a gas pump. It was the battery and it was so violent that I thought it was a shotgun blast. Luckily, no gas fumes ignited and there was no fire, but it actually buckled the hood over the battery.
