This is intended to be an ongoing thread to post and discuss Team Radio Shack developments as the Team fleshes out their plans and adds riders for next year's Gran Tours.

This is going to be a very well-managed, -organized, and -funded Pro-Tour Cycling Team, and it should be very exciting to watch as it develops.

Team Radio Shack

I like how most people’s response to Team Radio Shack seems to be “Radio Shack is still in business?”

I’m ready to see how this shapes up.

Just like Radio Shack? May G-d help the publicists who have to do this for a living.

Radio Shack - you have questions, we have dumb looks.

Team Radio Shack Ping. (Lance Armstrong's new Pro-Tour Cycling Team)

I'm using our larger TdF ping list to let all of y'all know what we're doing, but I do understand that some of y'all may not wish to be pinged to developments of TRS.

Please let me know via FreepMail if you wish to be taken off the Team Radio Shack Ping List. This is expected to be a low volume list, btw.

I don’t think you will see Alberto Contador on the team - he was looking pretty chummy with the Columbia Slipstream boys on the way to the Champs...

I hope Armstrong kicks Contador’s arse.

Didn’t like that guy at all.

RadioShack Corporation is proud to announce a partnership with seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong to form a new American Pro-Tour cycling team. Beginning in 2010, Lance Armstrong will compete for Team RadioShack as a cyclist, runner and triathlete in events around the world, including the 2010 Tour de France.
He schwinn another one with this team riding in tandy.

martin, this is *almost* a GM pingworthy topic, as are all those mentioning Lance Armstrong.

Not the best way to resurrect this thread, but it wouldn't be the TdF (or pro cycling) without doping accusations, what?

Landis confesses to doping, implicates Armstrong and Bruyneel

Also a good way to tine up last year's TdF Ping List, please FreepMail me if you want on/off the list.

The 2010 TdF Prologue will be in Rotterdam on July 3, 2010.
