Major Cook asked for clarification of the lawfulness of his orders. He was willing, able, and ready to obey any **lawful** order. It is also his swore duty to disobey any unlawful order.
The only option open to Major Cook to determine the lawfulness of his orders was to go to court for clarification.
I will watch CNN for the first time tonight in many years. But will turn it off after the Lou Dobbs show.

Birther Bump!
Seems alot of the early citations have said that “natural born” is quite a step above Jus Sanguinis (citizenship because your birth mother is a citizen) or Jus Soli (citizenship because you were born on American soil).
“natural born” means parents are married, both parents are citizens, and there is NO dual citizenship or elements of conflict.
AFAIK, Obama does not pass these criteria.
