Does FR need a ZOT category? (Vanity)

I have a wee tiny suggestion for Free Republic.

Is it at all possible to have a ZOT category, just as for General chat, or smokey back room?

It would be genuinely nice to have a place where the shame of so many trolls could be put on public display!

Thanks Mods!

He is going to be great as Eddard Stark. Too bad about the end of that.

Yea, now that I think about it, that book is DAMN violent, and graphic... I wonder how they are gonna do that?! LOL

Oh well, since when has that stopped Hollywood.

Yah. I get around guys in uniforms and I’m like Silly Putty. I can admit that, now that I’m too old to take advantage of it...

Everywhere east of the Rockies.

How are things in the USA?

"Bradamante is docked on portside."

Thanks, but if I have to go anywhere, I'll just use Shuttle 106.

It's been designated the personal shuttle of the Imperial Weatherman. It doesn't have much in the way of armaments, but it's really good at "getting around".

Weathermen are incompetent.

I had to say that out loud.

Incompetent, I say!

My favorite thing about ZOT threads is the Keyword Abuse section....

If speed is a concern, Sleipnir is there as well.
But 106 does have that odd oversized plasma rocket mounted on the back.

Keywords I have had a hand in “Beaten by butterfly”, “Jalah the Jihad Gerbil”, “10 acre butt”, “10 micron mind”, “albatross”, “form feet and legs”, “Form arms and torso”, “and i’ll form the head”, “Voltron”, “Not my fault”.

Others I’ll remember later.

But what passes as a weatherman ‘groundside’ is merely a pretender.
The hab has a guy that can rain you out, or dry you out.
If it suits the mood.

106 is the vessel to use “when it absolutely, positively has to be there yesterday”.

Ah, temporal slingshots.
Ending up in yesterday can have some problems with deja vu.

She's right, of course. Most weathermen are incompetent, if the measure of competence is the ability to affect the weather.

Most of them don't even try. They're willing to just attempt to predict it.

Imperial Weathermen have the responsibility of controlling the weather ... on at least two planets.

DP wore mess dress when we got married. He looked like a young Heinrich Himmler. Deutcher, you know.

Conceptually, the problems in time travel can be described this way:

Picture in front of you a generous plate of sphaghetti. Now grasp the end of one strand and slowly draw it from the pile without disturbing the rest of them.

Fairly easy, right?

Time travel is like putting it back in.
