Does FR need a ZOT category? (Vanity)

I have a wee tiny suggestion for Free Republic.
Is it at all possible to have a ZOT category, just as for General chat, or smokey back room?
It would be genuinely nice to have a place where the shame of so many trolls could be put on public display!

I ran into something like in 1975. It was pouring down so hard I nearly drowned just trying to walk across campus. Nothing I could do (except run inside) would separate the rain and air.
