VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) Former Vancouver police officer Clyde Ray Spencer spent nearly 20 years in prison after he was convicted of sexually molesting his son and daughter. Now, the children say it never happened.

So you would advocate the violent rape of the grown children huh. sicko
This is why there needs to be a law to protect against false allegations of child abuse. If you are guilty of a false, intentional allegation,, whether a DA, parent, neighbor or child advocate, you should receive whatever penalty would have been given to the would be molester. You should have your picture on the internet just as the child molester would have had to,, instead of your name being ‘child molester” it would read “liar/false accuser.” You would have to register everywhere you went, and serve time and all penalties.
these false allegations do not just hurt those accused,, it hurts the children. they are being used and they are suffering psychological abuse. They are having their parents ripped out of their lives. They are scarred forever.
Child advocates consider yelling, threatening and other forms of things like that psychological abuse but do not seem to care about the abuse inflicted on a child due to a false allegation.
They were persuaded as very young children to believe it happened, and grew up with that belief being reinforced by the mother. It can take quite a while to realize that such beliefs were all planted in your head by other adults for their own purposes.
I have a friend who was in a similar situation as a child. Her father was never jailed, but gave up trying to get custody or visitation rights. Her mother was the source of the accusations and her maternal grandparents firmly believed them. So my friend grew up sincerely believing it had happened, and that this why her father wasn’t part of her life. She’s in her late 20s now, and just a couple of years ago, with the help of a good therapist, realized the accusations just didn’t add up and that she would have remembered the abuse if it had happened to her at the age when it supposedly did. She took the initiative to seek out her father and now has a good relationship with him and his family, but it really did take close to 20 years for her to realize that the abuse never happened.
And most importantly, there should be NO statute of limitations on the crime of inducing a child to believe and report abuse that didn’t actually happen.
My God, poor soul.
The kids were 9 and 6, they didn’t do it on purpose but the mother should be drawn and quartered.
2 of my own grandchildren were forced to lie to their counselor and the guardian ad litem. My granddaughter decided to trust the counselor one day and told the truth and the counselor went straight to her mother and told on her and she was punished.
The kids are broken-hearted, they only see their father for 2 months in the summer and some long holidays. They want to live with their father but he can’t afford to go to court now that they are old enough not to be swayed, the first battle left him 50K in the hole. They are paying the price and the beyotch who caused it walks around unscathed.
Where di I say anything about rape? There are other forms of abuse, whacko.
Not sexual abuse. Sexual abuse isnt the only form of abuse you know.
The politicians and their favored, bipartisan constituents still won’t repeal the unconstitutional man-hating laws, including the VAWA that even Republican congress-persons voted nearly unanimously in favor of. That’s one of the reasons that we won’t see a woman president in our lifetimes.
There is no circle of hell low enough for these morally diseased feminazi scum.
Yeah, there was a real eye-opening thread like that just a while back. Not sure if I can find the link. Scary.
I used to argue for common sense on those threads instead of emotion. I learned not to do that.
You could wait to hear the whole story before abusing the kids.
But since you now clarify that it isn’t sexual, go ahead and abuse them all you want.
Enjoy yourself.
I’m no whacko and calling names like some immature child doesn’t look so great for you. I said rape because that’s what was originally claimed.
Shall I write that slowly, so you can understand it?
After going to the post and reading again I can see how you were mistaken in my using the term abuse, I can assure you that rape was the last thing in my mind, maybe I should have just said I would like to slap them in the chops.
I understand your angst ,I apologise that I caused you a misconception, and maybe you should heed your own advice about calling names.
Sounds like to me their mother was the one who abused her children. She is the one who needs to go to jail now.
ahaaa, but I was careful not to call you a name, nyah nyah nyahhhhh.
/my very mature posting
j/k!!!!!
Now that I stayed up too late getting my kids ready to leave for camp and got too silly, I can say that I’m glad it was just misunderstanding what you meant.
whew!
“Put them in jail to see how it feels to be locked up for 20yrs!”
That’s what I thought until I actually read the story. They were six and nine, respectively.
This is more likely a case where the overzealous social workers and/or prosecutors carried out the dirty deed. Probing for something that wasn’t there and itching for a conviction. If they are alive now, it’s probably a more just option for them to spend about 20 in the pen.
What a dumb statement!
