A private investigator has released to WND an affidavit that casts doubt on whether Barack Obama's family lived at the address listed in the published notice of his birth in 1961.

Taahh Dahhh!!! SCOTUS refuses a ruling because they know there is nothing they can rule on in truth. They will not put their name on anything they know they cannot back up. Pretty simple Sherlock. In FDR's time it was 2 years before SCOTUS was able to stop him.

There is something on the original BC that will harm Obama but SCOTUS needs irreparable harm to the people before they will rule against him.

Jeez Looweez, the WND story is more than 6 months old. If you read Baro’s affidavit it is in the form of “my two investigators told me that Mrs. Arakaki told them” - hence, it’s double-hearsay and even more worthless legally than ordinary hearsay. Why didn’t Baro’s two ace investigators get an affidavit from Mrs. Arakaki? Why didn’t one take a video while the other did the interview? The rest of Baro’s affidavit is irrelevant verbiage. If Farah paid Baro a nickle for the affidavit, he paid too much.

To make claims, as you do, without the U.S. Code or some other law to back it up, is completely useless. Were this to ever reach the Supreme Court they won’t go on “traditional citizenship”. It has to be in the U.S. Code or the Constitution.
