Wow! That’s beyond beautiful... the girl in the yellow gown;looking in mirror! Can’t stop looking at this graphic!

I am always impressed that, though usually a few days late, you still make such sweet comments on all our posts, Majie! Thank you!

That would be so cool, just turn the thing loose and let it go. But with my two fur-babies shedding all over the carpet, sofas and chairs all over the house, I think it is too much to hope that little thing would take care of the mess.

The guy from Comcast cable is coming out tomorrow to hook up our new HD TiVo and put a “card” in it so we can get HD programing through it. This is all way too complicated for me to understand, but, along with vacuuming up the dog hair, I needed to clean the layers of dust off of my components in my entertainment cabinet. Heaven forbid the cable guy should think I am not a good housekeeper. LOL.

Lori, your saying “This is all way to complicated for me to understand” - think about how Grandma is coping...........

LOL. Poor Grandma.

Actually, she reminds me a lot of my MIL. Technology has completely passed her by. We were going to get her a little "netbook" so she could connect to the internet and get email, but she refuses to learn how to operate it. I don't blame her. I am almost at the point where I don't want to have learn anything more either.

At one point we had four controllers just to operate our entertainment system. I had to use two of them just to get the TV to turn on. That's just ridiculous. Now we at least have only ONE controller that operates everything.....that is until the cable guy comes tomorrow and (probably) gives us another one that we will have to use to get the HD TiVo to work. LOL. I love technology, but the learning curves are getting steeper and steeper the older I get. My brain is tired. :-(

Thank you, jaycee - I just love the interaction between the little boy and his big sister. She appears to just adore him. :)

Yes, I have been watching the Bachelorette every week. I hate that she kept ED over Reid! Ugh! And that smarmy Wes was there WAAAAAY too long - he should have been sent packing in the first couple of weeks, but she didn't see what everybody else saw. He was a slick one alright. His exit remarks in the limo was disgusting!

I also wanted her to keep Jake longer. Between Tipton and Ed, surely she will choose Tipton. He seems like a sweetheart - and awfully cute, too. :) Ed? Fail to see what she ever saw in him. He seems like a dork to me.

Yes, I pretty much agree with your assessment. ED doesn’t do much for me either, although, I do feel rather bad for the guy now everyone knows about his little problem. LOL.

My pick was Jake or Reid. What do you want to bet that Jake is the next “Bachelor”? What a really sweet guy he is. And, isn’t it awful to have “too perfect” as one’s only fault? LOL

I’m not sure what Jillian is looking for, but I am thinking that her attraction to “bad boy” Wes, doesn’t bode well for either Kypton or ED. She seems to need the bad boy element that those two don’t have. I agree, Wes, was a snake. I hope his girlfriend watched his comments in the limo and thinks long and hard about why on earth she would stay in a relationship with him. It’s only a matter of time before he treats her as callously as he treated Jillian. Wes is all about Wes.

Is your 'pick' still there, yorkie? I just went back a read a few posts and see that Lori also liked Reid. I did NOT want to see him go! I really liked him best of all the last few bachelors, but Tipton was a close second.

I know we have been teased with the possibly of Reid's appearance in tonight's show, but the producers play those mind games with us every year! The preview showed him holding a ring, didn't it?

I did like Reid, and I think the only reason she got rid of him is because he just wasn’t going to be rushed into a commitment when he felt he wasn’t ready. But he was such a cute, sweet guy and such a gentleman.

I was sorry to see Jake go too. I didn’t particularly care for any of the other guys, except Jake and Reid. Kypton is okay, but he wouldn’t be my pick.

It will be interesting to see if Reid does come back tonight. I think the producers are playing with us. How can he just “come back”? ED came back because he chose to leave and changed his mind. Jake came back only to warn Jillian about Wes - he didn’t ask to come back on the show. I just don’t see how they could let Reid come back just because he wants another chance.

Jake or Reid - we had the same favorites then. :) It’s not Ed’s ‘little problem’ that makes me wonder why he’s still around - it’s just what the heck is the attraction?! I am absolutely baffled by that one. He’s so dull. And zero clothes sense.

Good afternoon, Fewz.
Thank you for "The Highwayman" and the Loreena McKennett links.
Her music is very pleasing.

I enjoyed our Genealogy discussion on FaceBook yesterday.
I need to get back to doing research.
Thanks for the chat.

Have a great day and a wonderful week.

Once in a while, maybe for drama, one of the booted bachelors/bachelorettes shows up unexpectedly - can't think of either of their names, but one was the dark-haired guy who couldn't take no for an answer from Deanna; and then one tall, leggy, dark-haired girl showed up while the bachelor (two - three years ago?) was on a dinner date with another of the contestants - she made a huge scene and tried to seduce the bachelor into going back to her hotel room and skipping out on the date with the other girl!

Guess we'll see how it goes tonight. :)

Yep, on both counts, but I guess he got points for being a funny drunk. LOL.
