It would have pissed me off and guarantee you I ain’t no liberal. There is no reason for animal cruelty. Shooing it away is one thing. Kicking it is cruel.

Although there is no reason for animal cruelty doesn’t it strike you as hypocritical the fact that the one objecting to violence against an animal used violence himself against a fellow man. Violence against animal = bad, violence against human = good.
We are so out of whack where we care more about animals than humans, I can almost guarantee the guy who kicked the bird could go to jail longer than the guy who assaulted him.
