I sent the eBay seller an email on the 0bozo listing.

I received NO reply from him nor a warning from eBay.

But eBay are adamant in their enforcement of their “rules”,
that is for sure.

I’ve had them remove some of my listings for the silliest
of reasons. And I would have appreciated it more had they
send me a heads up and tell ME to take them down along with
their reasons. But ... NOOOOOOO! ... they just took them
down. :(

Sheesh!

That should be:

** I’ve had them remove some of my listings for the silliest of reasons. **

- - - - -

Example:

Some items that I list are NOT “New”, but are exceptional
in condition. I have listed those items as “Like New”.
eBay once removed about TWELVE items all at one time cuz
they had someone complain. Apparently they were searching
for something that was “new’ and my “like new” item came up.

What a crock. My listing was honest and true, but they
took it down as though I was trying to trap someone into
buying my “like new” item as though it was a “new” item.

Sheesh!

You said — Seems like it would be cheaper to fly to Kenya and get your own copy.

Seems that a lot of people prefer to ignore that little fact and simply pay $1 Million for it... LOL...

************

Oh Star Traveler I have to correct you -- as always. ;-) That person would have to do it under the political radar since Obama's past is being protected by his pal Odinga or he may end up being detained like Corsi.

I didn’t say you had to announce it to the world’s press before you leave on your flight... LOL...

Still, a Westerner would have trouble *looking* for the Obama *unholy grail* in Kenya. This guy with the funny looking and sounding name had a plausible cover story from what he has told the world. He could move around Kenya without notice.

And it’s just easier for gazillionaires to buy it from guys like him than to go incognito James Bond 007!

Now, this seller *knows this* — and if he doesn’t contact and work with WorldNetDaily and get this done, that pretty much confirms that he’s a scammer.

From his new auction:

I want to thank all of the eBay community for their support in my last five auctions. Thank you for taking the time to write to me (I still haven't had time to answer everyone) and for your bids. I also want to thank everyone at WorldNetDaily for their continued coverage of my five previous auctions. I want to thank freerepublic.com, as well. I want to thank everyone that forwarded news of my auctions to others, digitally or by spoken word. I want to thank all the attorneys as well as paralegals (Denise) that have written to me. Lastly I would like to thank all military personnel that have written to me with their support, opinions and offers as hired guns.

There won't be anymore eBay auctions for documents, stories or dissertations.

I'm happy to report that most (what I'd guess to be above 95%) of the mail that I have received was filled with support and praise for my efforts. Some of these notes also included concern for my safety and well being. Your mail was, is and will be appreciated.

I plan to upload a video to Youtube. My user name is InspectorSmith. I've had the account for some time. I have never uploaded anything. I mostly use Youtube to search for help, e.g., how to remove the battery (after it wont hold a charge for long) from the 1st generation iPhone or how to lay an English bond brick wall. So this will be the first time that I've ever uploaded anything. So you'll get your document yet, up close and personal.

After the Youtube video I will be heading over to WorldNetDaily to talk with Joseph Farah. I will disclose everything to them.

more..

Well, I’ve been on this thread on Free Republic...

eBay warns buyers off $1 mil ‘Kenyan birth certificate’
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2283023/posts#109

Except that we’ll hear from WorldNetDaily either confirming this or not confirming it. And that will tell the story.

It could very well be like chief editor Korir and API (African Press International) as he was scamming everyone and said he was giving it to Fox News (which never turned out that way ... LOL...). And later the ole chief editor said he was going to sue Fox News for not releasing the information prior to the election like they were supposed to... :-)

However, in this case, we’ll hear relatively quickly from WorldNetDaily whether they have it or not.

We’ll now see whether he was a scammer or not..., which is why I mentioned getting it to WorldNetDaily, as *this* would confirm or deny the authenticity of this or confirm or deny whether this seller is a scammer or not.

Now, we wait for WorldNetDaily..., as I was saying...

Well, soon we’ll see from WorldNetDaily what the scoop on it is, since they are supposed to have it. I’m sure they will be letting us know whether this is a scammer or not.
