Four times an eBay auction page listing an allegedly genuine copy of Barack Obama's birth certificate – from Mombasa, Kenya – was scrubbed from the popular Internet site, presumably for violating eBay's policy prohibiting the sale of government documents.
But now a fifth posting promising "the truth" about Obama's birth, this time in the form of a written dissertation – sidestepping the restriction against auctioning government documents – has remained on the site for hours; and the top bid has skyrocketed past $15,000.

It’s gone again on ebay at 15,999,00.I just emailed ebay and asked why this nonsense is going on when I wasted my time putting the item on my watch list to make a possible bid.

So, now he is just selling his ‘dissertation on Obama’s birth’ with the statement “The seller will not accept returns for this item.”.. translated, someone may pay 16K for this thing to get a 3x5 card written in crayon saying Obama was born.. Why do I have a feeling this is a 419 scam or a prankster screwing with folks.

Someone should ask the seller where he is a doctoral student and when he was admitted to candidacy.
IMHO it’s obvious that he hasnt written a real dissertation. Maybe something he is calling one, but not a real one.
The dissertation probably contains a copy of the Kenyan document.
Still, Obama could eat a live screaming baby on national television and the press would still love him and they would not throw him out of office.

Yep...I have read that, but for how long? It’s possible that the guy is running a huge scam and just ‘cultivated’ his record so he could pull this off at a later date. It is all very strange but I’m praying it is legit.
