I don't believe they are MJ's kids. Which leads me to believe there may be some truth in the castration story.
I guess we will eventually find out just how low Joe Jackson would go to make money.

Michael Jackson's kids, will Macaulay Culkin get custody?

When news of Michael Jackson’s death hit, there was immediate thoughts of his children. Since Michael was the only parent his three children had, what would happen to them now?
Had Michael made arrangements or would there be a custody fight? With Debbie Rowe being the mother of the Michael Jr, and Paris and a surrogate bearing his youngest, Prince "Blanket" Michael II, would the children be split up?
Normally, it would be Michael Jackson’s lawyer that steps up and states who Jackson’s named as his children’s guardians. Instead, Joe and Katherine Jackson's attorney, Debra Opri tells RadarOnline.com that. "Katherine will be the custodial parent for the kids. It was understood that Katherine is the best person to take care of the children as she can provide a stable, loving environment for the kids” It was understood, does not indicate it was in Jackson’s will or that is indeed what his wishes were.
Debbie Rowe has given up her prenatal rights to the children. In fact, in the court papers uncovered by TMZ, Rowe when asked if she understands that the order will unequivocally cut off her parental rights she answers, “Absolutely. Done. Complete. I don't have any rights.” If this is held up in court who would be in line for the kids?
One consideration is Macaulay Culkin. As godfather to Prince Michael and Paris it is possible he could fight for custody of all three: claiming the desire to keep all the kids together. Would a legal Godfather have more rights than elderly grandparents or a Mother who has willingly given up her parental rights? Unless a will suddenly appears where Michael Jackson clearly spells out where his children are to go, it may be up to the courts to decide just what does happen to the three Jackson children.
Culkin is also solvent. Jackson’s estate seems to be worth about -$400,000,000. A negative number does not make a very good inheritance.
Apparently Debbie Rowe admitted it was not his sperm - Excerpt from interview -
Debbie (who lives on a farm surrounded by animals) said, ""I was just the vessel. It wasn't Michael's sperm. Just like I stick the sperm up my horse, this is what they did to me. I was his thoroughbred."....
That's what I was trying to say. M.C. is the godfather of ALL three - and man, look at that photo above. Wow, it looks like a little Macaulay! Wasn't trying to create controversy but the resemblance....
The older two don’t look to me to be white enough to be Debbie Rowe’s biological offspring unless their father was fairly dark-skinned — Rowe is blue-eyed and very white-skinned (the blonde hair may or may not be natural). Remember, Michael wasn’t a jet-black pure African to begin with. And the younger boy, though about the same skin color as the older two, actually looks to me to have somewhat more “black” features (his nose actually looks quite a lot like Michael’s childhood nose).
It’s really hard to tell by looking. I have a friend who’s the daughter of a white father and a medium-light-skinned but unmistakeably “black” mother, and she looks as white as these kids. In fact, I wouldn’t have guessed that she had a black parent until I met her mother — I thought she must be some combination of white and Indian or “Hispanic”.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the inevitable custody battle leads to some genetic testing, as it did in the case of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby girl — in that case, it appeared that two different men genuinely believed they were the father of the baby.
It would just surprise me if Jackson wouldn’t have wanted to use his own genes. He was been extremely possessive of all the children since the minute they were born, and seemed to think of them as extensions of himself. I would think that having them be biologically related to him would have been a super-high priority for him — he seemed to want them to be MINE in every possible way. Then again, Michael wasn’t exactly known for rational thinking . . .

I believe this is the first time I have seen the children..amazing how time flies..it was just yesterday they were babies..

They will have to go pretty low if they want to stay on the gravy train.. From what I understand, MJ could continue with his crazy free spending lifestyle because promoters were giving advances off of future concerts - which won’t be happening now. There has been a surge in album sales, but that will probably go to the creditors.
I am sure that there is a trust with assets that can’t be touched by creditors and those that control that trust have access to a lot of money. For example, the 200 unpublished songs are likely in a trust.
I think the estate will be solvent within a relatively short amount of time if managed properly. Less than 10 years for sure. Of course, that depends on what the real deal is on those Beatles songs. If he gave them away it will take longer.
Add in a wrongful death suit that I am sure is coming....
I think everyone has always assumed that the process was artificial insemination, but it really doesn’t make sense that he wouldn’t have used his own sperm. And frankly, when artificial insemination is being done, the woman really has no way of knowing for sure (although a lot of IVF clinics have procedures in place that allow for a man to hand off his fresh sample directly to the staff in the room where the woman (awake) is being inseminated). But if Michael was unable to produce sperm the natural way, and any medical procedures or processing were involved, then she’d be hard-pressed to really know. I also wouldn’t put it past her to lie — she can’t be the most mentally stable person, given her history of involvement with Jackson. And I also wouldn’t have put it past Michael to tell her different stories at different times about where the sperm came from. I do suspect, though, that the custody battle may be fierce and may end up involving some genetic testing that will answer these questions.
Recent pictures of Blanket show enough resemblance to a very young Michael Jackson that I’d be surprised if he didn’t actually sire Blanket. Hard to tell about the older two, though Paris definitely has mulatto-type coloring — eyes that are unusually light for her skin and hair color (and her hair color, unlike “Prince”’s, has been stable enough that it’s probably natural), so I’m pretty sure whoever her biological father is, it’s someone who we’d describe as “black” if we saw him. And the older two look so very similar to each other in facial features, that I’d be surprised if they aren’t full siblings, regardless of who their biological father is.

It’s Paris that looks mulatto — blue-green eyes, tan skin, golden-brown hair. The picture you posted is of “Blanket”.
Nah, Grandma Jackson gets custody. Because after all she did such a bang-up job the first time around.
His features look a lot like Michael’s, especially the chin and cheekbones/eye area (and I’ve seen a couple of unmasked pictures of him at about the same age). He looks olive-skinned, which is quite possible if his biological parents are Michael and a white woman, but with Blanket it’s the bone structure that resembles Michael. The two older children really don’t show any resemblance to Michael that I can see, but Paris definitely looks like she has a black father.
Who knows what’s been done to Blanket’s hair. I think all the pictures I’ve seen of Paris, she had the same, natural-looking hair. But I’ve seen several pictures of Prince where his hair had been bleached light blonde. I wouldn’t be surprised if Blanket’s hair has been dyed and possibly straightened as well — it looks unnaturally black, and almost exactly like Michael’s totally unnatural hair of recent years, like it was done deliberately to match Michael’s.
I have a strange hunch that these kids are going to be fine, in spite of the bizarre life they’ve had to date, and the almsot certain nasty custody battle ahead. Theoretically they should be a complete mess. But somehow in the pictures I’ve seen of them together where their faces are showing, they look like normal kids who are perhaps wiser than their years, and in some pictures they really seem to show strong bond with each other. I hope to God nobody manages to separate them based on some new information about their biological parentage (e.g. the 2 older ones going to Rowe and Blanket going to somebody else). My instincts are just telling me that as long as the 3 of them stay together, they’ll handle all the bizarre drama unexpectedly well.
I know. Mine will be 50! And I’ll be 70! Yikes, where has the time gone. His children are beautiful. I hope they’re reasonably well adjusted.
