Pictured: Michael Jackson's father laughing outside family home

An extraordinary image of Michael Jackson's father laughing emerged today.

The picture shows Joe Jackson sharing a joke with Reverend Jesse Jackson, a close friend of the Jacksons, outside the family home in Los Angeles.

The image will do little to dampen growing criticism of the Jackson family and their alleged failure to help the singer as his health deteriorated.

However, the family today demanded an independent post mortem to find out exactly why he died.

Reverend Jesse Jackson said they desperately want answers about his final moments and the doctor who was by his side at the time of his collapse.

What kind of people are you guys? Are you implying that these pictures show his father is happy he is dead? It has been three days. Tell me when a family member is allowed to laugh again after a lived one dies.

I am sorry for your loss since I know the feeling. In 2004, my daughter died, in May, 2006, my brother died, in July 2006 my husband and bil died and in Jan. 2007, my mother died. My mom, dad, and her dad all died on a January 6. Very, very odd. From the time my daughter died until March 2007, we lost about 25 aunts, uncles and cousins. God bless you and your family.

All of MJ’s problems were because of his father IMO...

His father had all those children to *Fullfill his dreams*
of being rich, famous, living in California...

What love did he show? he made Michael to feel like a Seal in a circus act, denied him a healthy childhood, had him performing in Strip Joints when he was 6 yrs.....

Now he has to bury his son, who he lived off for the last 40 yrs....He is digusting IMO

When my dad died my husband and I had incredible giggles about many things. Some were shocked by some of the gallows humour and the funeral director looked confused that we were busting up in giggles over everything while picking out caskets. My dad did the same thing when his dad died. Had to stay away from his aunt and cousins during the funeral, because they knew one look would throw them into fits of laughter.

I saw video of Jackson laughing with Jesse Jackson. This morning, FOX ran audio (texted underneath) of Dad Jackson’s comments about his son. The man is hopeless, basking in his son’s fame.
I imagine that we’ll see the Jacksons scrambling among themselves for his estate. I feel sorry for someone who led the sad, lonely, confused, loveless, friendless life that it appears Michael Jackson did. All that money gave him no happiness in the end.
