The office is not the dog park! Call me old fashoned, but if an employee of mine came to work with their dog my reaction would be. “Oh, I guess you don’t plan on accomplishing any work today, so please take the day off.”. I like dogs as much as the next guy but come on how do these people expect to get in a productive day?

I agree with you. Why would someone bring their dog to work? It makes no sense to me.
I also have a rat terrier that looks like Heidi but he
is spottier. Great dog, too.

I did it for the first couple of nights until a coworker clued me in that there are mountain lions in the area where I work (as well as bobcats, bears, and at least one panther as I later found out).
