There’s roughly a twelve-year period that he burned through the charts and owned Rock. Then, the guy simply lost the charm and the passion. His relative sponged off his money. His business associates rigged deals to make money off him. And he continued to spend money like there was no limit. He had zero understanding of economics or control over spending.

As you look at Elvis...his mega empire continued on after he died and covered the expenses of his wife and daughter easily. The real King? Still goes back to Elvis in the end.
