Former U.S. president John F. Kennedy's wife Jacqueline had an affair with movie legend Marlon Brando the year after her husband was assassinated, according to a new book.
Brando is reported to have bedded the iconic socialite on two occasions in 1964.
The Godfather star is said to have written about their romance in an early draft of his 1994 memoirs Songs My Mother Taught Me - but the revelations were edited out by a friend of JFK's widow prior to publication.
In a new book - titled Bobby and Jackie: A Love Story author C. David Heymann claims to have uncovered unpublished passages from Brando's autobiography.
The excerpts reportedly reveal Brando slept with Jackie Kennedy - aka Jackie Onassis - a year after her husband was murdered in Dallas, Texas in November 1963.
The first time was allegedly after Brando and Kennedy enjoyed a three hour meal together.
According to New York Post gossip column PageSix, Heymann writes, "(The) meal included a good deal of drinking... Jackie and the actor danced and drank. During their dance, Jackie, deeply attracted to Brando, 'pressed her thighs' suggestively into his.
"They danced again, then sat down and began to 'make out'... In Brando's words, 'From all I'd read and heard about her, Jacqueline Kennedy seemed coquettish and sensual but not particularly sexual. If anything, I pictured her as more voyeur than player. But that wasn't the case.
"She kept waiting for me to try to get her into bed. When I failed to make a move, she took matters into her own hands and popped the magic question. 'Would you like to spend the night?' And I said, 'I thought you'd never ask.'"
A week later, the couple allegedly met up again at an apartment belonging to a friend of Brando's, and once again ended up in bed - but the romance then fizzled out.
Heymann adds: "Having twice consummated her relationship with Brando, Jackie showed no interest in pursuing him further."

Those of us in the media back then knew Jackie O was doing a whole bunch of men, RFK, Brando, etc, after JFK died. RFK was in her pants within 5 months of his brother's death. Ethel knew too, but couldn't do anything about it.
In addition, Jackie was doing a whole bunch of men WHILE she was married to JFK.
Of the two, she was more of a player than he was. She openly did Aristotle Onassis, her sister's husband, George Smathers, and probably Sinatra, all while married to JKF, WHILE HE WAS PRESIDENT!.
Dean Martin had the chance, but told her “no.” He was afraid of Kennedy.
Jackie even had the Air Force fly her diaphragm (the old-style midnight trampoline) via special flight to Italy after she left it at the WH but then decided to “do” the very suave and handsome head of FIAT on a “goodwill” trip to Rome.
She had an ongoing relationship with William Holden and the last child she lost was probably his, not Jack's.
The only one worse than Jackie was Grace Kelly. On two separate occasions, she did Gary Cooper and Humphrey Bogart, both in a cars, on the curb, in front of the Brown Derby!
Also never reported that the reason Jackie looked so gaunt all the time and probably lost the babies she did was that she was a 4-pack-a-day chain smoker, and never gave it up when pregnant, despite doctor's orders.
Her sister was all but openly a high class society call girl.
PS, JFK was on so many drugs for his Addison's Disease, he was a lousy lay and, like Clinton, liked BJs more than anything else.
Hell, it was everywhere. Everyone knew Kissinger was gay as a goat. In the movie “Fail Safe, the political scientist Dr. Groeteschele (played by Walter Matthau and totally based on Kissinger) was openly gay, but no one ever reported on Henry either.
Also, once Jack died, she was Saint Jackie.
Why didn't we report this back then? Because it was all part of the “Old Boy's Club” and if we had, they would have cut off from stories (and maybe our nuts, too.) Plus, we were all stupping anything female that moved. You don't think that certain current female newsies got to the big time by their journalistic skills, do you?
Of course now we know who killed JFK, the truth starts with knowing how the lies were told.

William Holden had a vasectomy, which is reportedly why Audrey Hepburn wouldn’t marry him.
It’s all just stories, and the people mentioned are no longer alive to defend their reputations. People will believe whatever suits their way of thinking.
