>where was she when he was putting all this weight on in the first place?
McDonalds.
Bingo!
Raising your kids as Christians? Child abuse according to some. Could that be the government sanctioned position at some point?
Not doing enough to teach your kids how to be "green"? That could be considered by some to be child abuse.
Not doing enough to train your kids to accept homosexuality? Again that could be considered child abuse by some.
That is a lot of Big Macs!
Correct-a-mundo!The state has no reason to interfere in this or any other similar case related to behavior and family culture.
Sexual abuse and physical injury commited with intent are different beasts, though.
Better yet, put him in jail and on a diet with no access to KFC family meals.
They better hope ocommie care doesn’t pass. The kid won’t qualify for treatment.
I’d like to know what she is supposed to have done to MAKE a 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 year old not be fat.
$50,000 bond because her child is fat. I guess it has become illegal to be fat.
IF he has 25% body fat, should the mother be charged with a crime? 25% is the generally accepted level for obesity in men.
Which method should be used to measure body fat?
If your child had 5 cavities, should that be a crime?
There is literally no end to the crimes that can be made up in order to “protect the children.”
If your child had 5 cavities, should that be a crime?
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
In some states it is. Really!
<Better yet, put him in jail
Surely you are not suggesting that a 14 yr old who has committed no crime be put in jail in order to monitor his food intake?
Half that weight would be dangerous at 14.
My older brother was obese as a child, and my mom (who tried to control what he ate) said he would do things like ask the other kids at school for their leftovers at lunch. So he’d end up eating five helpings of rice instead of his own one. He also stole food at home. So unless you can really keep a kid locked up, you can’t totally control what they eat, and thus their weight.
He’s festively plump.
Good one!
Nanny state ....
I used to give away my lunch to a fat kid in middle school.
Next stop: 6-6-6.
