With the success of Batman Begins and the even bigger success of The Dark Knight, one cant help but ask the question
when will we see a third installment in Christopher Nolans Batman films? With Nolan currently in pre-production of his film Inception for a 2010 release, it is most likely that fans will not see a third Batman film until 2011 if not even 2012. In the meantime fan-boys, fans and the media a like will have fun speculating over the plot for the film as well as which villains may or may not be making an appearance.

How about “Bailout’? He’s one of Batman’s nemesis who hypnotizes weak-minded people with the chants “hooope..” and “chaaaange..” to do his evil bidding. Plus he prints out money with no end in sight..
Maybe it will be The Obama, as he tries to ruin Gotham City by redistributing Bruce Wayne’s fortune and “spread the wealth” around....
No doubt you’ll get dozens of Obama jokes. Must everything be about politics?
I’m rooting for Johnny Depp or Casey Affleck as the Riddler, and Philip Seymore Hoffman or James Gandolfini as the Penguin.

Too scarey!
What about Megan Fox as the Cat Woman? ;)
Catwoman has been destroyed for all time by the movie of the same name. I believe they said it will not be the Riddler.
I’d like to see the Riddler, but my money is one Cat Woman.
She’s certainly got the look. Catwoman has never been among my favorite Batman villains, though. I think a Zodiac-style serial killer as the Riddler, and a mob-boss Penguin might fit better in Chris Nolan’s pseudo-realistic universe than Catwoman.
Catwoman, Mr. Freeze, Bane, Poison Ivy, etc. might be more difficult to write realistically ... though I wouldn’t mind seeing what Nolan could do with Freeze. Clayface, Man-Bat and the Killer Croc would be almost impossible to fit in Nolan’s re-imagining.
The real questions are (1) will Harvey Dent be back and (2) will the Joker make an appearance? Two-Face didn’t get much screen time ... and they didn’t explicitly kill Dent off at the end of TDK (though it was implied).
As for the Joker ... I wonder if we might get an homage of some sort from inside Arkham. Maybe just from the back, a laugh, a shadowy face, or even an appearance with Ledger’s face CGed (ala Schwarzennegger in Terminator Salvation).

David Letterman.
Catwoman- as a “Catburglar” former gymnist,
Mr. Freeze as a ritch industrialst (scientist who owns/runs sci-resarch company) comes down with a rare disease, along with his wife) cryogenically experiements by freezing her body cryogenically and himself as well (under Hospital medical supervision), runs his company from inside this chamber, runs out of money has to send goons to steal) becomes “Mr. Freeze” name in underworld.
Bane-An ex wrestler (takes steriods, work especially well with his physiology)
Poision Ivy Botonist who has built up a natural immunity toward some snake, and plant poisions by working at a bio-medical company. She is basically just an eco-nut (terrorist) after some event which causes her to go “nuts” on Intl. Corporations (maybe “global warming” go to her!)?
It’s not that difficult (but does require some elastics with the origin stories/powers), but can be done (in a realistic way, I.M.O.)!
Here’s a thought...Philip Seymour Hoffman as King Tut.
I’d like to see The Squid.
I remember an issue when Batman was disguised as a crime boss to infiltrate The Squid’s lair, and was revealed because the crime boss was known for having the foulest breath.
The Squid said, “Fastidiousness has betrayed you, Batman!!”
No Catwoman or Penguin. Those have already been overdone. Same with Poison Ivy and Mr. Freeze. The Riddler is a possibility, but they'd have to find a real badass to play him, not like Jim Carrey.
"That guy" was Vincent Price.
L
Vincent Price played Egghead. Victor Buono played King Tut.
Maybe they should come up with a completely new villain. And no, it's not an 0bama joke.
The perfect Riddler, trust me on this, is David Tennant (Doctor Who)
