the TRUTH is that unilateral secession IS and always was CONSTITUTIONAL, under the TENTH AMENDMENT to the BOR.

And it's his contension that war between sovereign nations without a war declaration is mass murder. So my question to him was if he believed that Korea, Vietnam, et.al., were mass murder, too. Clear now?

As for myself, it's all nonsense. No declaration was necessary because a country does not declare war against itself.
