Actually, I saw Alan Colmes make a similar argument about Obama’s judicial nominee and the firefighter case. He said that she was just applying the already legal “disparate impact” argument. (Expanding the principle)

The thing is, when the principle gives such bad results, maybe instead of expanding it, it should be eliminated instead???

Science fiction has long explored the idea of licensing people to breed. Larry Niven, for one.

Just hypothetically, if such a nightmare happened certain “underrepresented” groups (whatever the political victim of the day is) would get the “license” to breed, while Jews and other whites would be choked back (because we have a disparate impact, you know).

My family killed people to flee this kind of eugenics crap; I don’t cater to even idle talk about it.

I keep my grandfather’s “Juif” armband in my desk drawer; never again.
